To whom it may concern;

 I had been searching for a reputable and honest metal building dealer/erector in northern California for over two years and found nothing but bait and switch  artists and fly by night outfits. Just when I was about to give up I stumbled onto Josh's website and gave him a call. After going over  what I needed and what quotes I already got. I realized he was asking all the right questions. I immediately had a good feeling about him, as there was no "sales talk" in the conversation. When I hung up I said to my wife, "I think we found our guy".

 A few days later Josh called me back to tell me that he could not compete on the job because his numbers came out about four thousand higher than what a local competitor had quoted me . Since I had doubts about the honesty of that competitor I asked Josh to go over the numbers in details with me. It turned out that the other company had omitted the CA sales tax from the quote and substituted thinner sheet metal for two of the walls. When all was said and done, I had the utmost confidence that I was dealing with a straight up guy and not another con-artist.

 The building arrived when he said the building would arrive and the crew was ready to take it off the truck and put it on the foundation without wasting any time or effort. There was no yelling or swearing at the jobsite and when there were some parts that had the gussets in the wrong place there was no finger pointing but rather the issue was taken care of right on the spot. I was amazed at how quick the building went up and came together.

 I could not be happier with choosing Josh and his crew. He said exactly what he was going to do and did what he said he would. It has been said that I'm difficult to please, but I must say it was a pleasure to work with Josh and I highly recommend his services.
